We ship to most cities in the United States.

Delivery times

All orders are packed in the Hawaii. Pre-Orders are typically shipped out within next business day on prepared day.    

All orders are shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight from Hawaii.  

Most addresses in Hawaii will be delivered overnight, next day.

West Coast Addresses will be delivered overnight, next day.  West Coast is west of Mississippi River.

East Coast Addresses will be delivered in two-days.   East Coast is east of the Mississippi River.

If you believe your parcel is taking too long to arrive or fear it could be lost, please reach out or send us an email and we will look into it right away.
We are not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. They are automatically calculated depending on volume, weight and destination of the products purchased.

Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Returns

Specially produced items are not eligible for return.

Refund policy for perishable

Important note that returns cannot be accepted for any perishable products. Raw meat, fish, and vegetable are considered perishable products. We can not accept returns for these perishable products. We do offer samples upon request and the best way to decide to purchase any perishable products. Thank you for supporting our mission to provide fresh products direct to consumers. Your drivers take the extra effort to keep your products at the specified temperature during delivery in coolers. They are responsible to provide ice and/or frozen gel packs.

Refund policy for non-perishable

For any reason, you may return or exchange any items by posting them to us within 30 days upon arrival.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at team@hookedonline.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at team@hookedonline.shop. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Start a return or exchange

To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return. All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging.

All shipping costs, duties and taxes have to be paid by sender.

You will be refunded through the same payment method you used to place the order. This will happened within 7 days after it's checked by our team.


Damaged items

If your item appears faulty upon delivery, please notify us immediately at team@hookedonline.shop and attach pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
